介入溶栓术治疗脑血栓的方式及应用效果评估

Treatment of cerebral thrombosis by interventional thrombology and evaluation of application effect

目的:研究介入溶栓术在脑血栓中的应用价值。方法:以接诊的72例神经内科病患为研究对象,并采取投掷子的方式将之随机分成A组和B组,各36例。其中A组实施介入溶栓治疗,B组实施静脉溶栓治疗。观察并比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果:A组的颅内出血情况明显优于B组(P<0.05)。从治疗后患者的ESS指标变化情况上看,A组也明显优于B组(P<0.05)。结论:采取介入溶栓术,对脑血栓病患施以对症治疗,可显著降低其愈后出血率,促进病情康复。

Objective：To study the value of interventional embolism in cerebral thrombosis. Methods： A total of 72 patients with neurological diseases were treated in the hospital and randomly divided into two groups： group A and group B in 36 cases. Group A was involved in thrombolytic therapy, and group B was treated with intravenous thrombolysis. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed and compared. Results： the intracranial hemorrhage in group A was significantly better than group B, P〈0.05. The group A was significantly better than group B in the patient＇s ESS index after treatment, P〈0.05. Conclusion： the treatment of patients with cerebral thrombosis with interventional thrombology can significantly reduce the postoperative bleeding rate and promote the recovery of the disease.
