经皮气管切开与传统气管切开在ICU应用中的对比

Comparison of the application of percutaneous tracheostomy and conventional tracheotomy in ICU

目的:分析经皮气管切开与传统气管切开在重症监护室(ICU)中的应用价值。方法:选取ICU气管切开患者64例,随机分为两组,对照组32例行传统气管切开,观察组32例行经皮气管切开,比较两组手术情况。结果:观察组切口长度、手术用时、伤口出血量级切口愈合时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术中II度出血患者显著少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率9.38%明显低于对照组的46.88%(P<0.05)。结论:经皮气管切开术是一种更加快捷、简单的微创急救技术,特别适合ICU的危重患者紧急气管切开的,相较于传统气管切开手术,更加安全、简便、并发症更少,可取代传统气管切开手术,值得在临床中推广应用。

Objective：To analyze the application value of percutaneous tracheostomy and traditional tracheotomy in ICU. Methods： 64 patients with ICU were randomly divided into two groups： the control group（n=32） was treated with conventional tracheotomy, and the observation group（n=32） was treated with percutaneous tracheotomy. Results： Incision length, operation time, bleeding,The wound healing time were significantly shorter than the control group（P〈0.05）; The degree of II and bleeding were significantly less than that the control group（P〈0.05）;The complication rate of the observation group 10.7% was significantly lower than the control group 57.7%（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： compared with traditional tracheotomy, percutaneous tracheostomy is safer and less complications, which can replace traditional tracheotomy in ICU.
