品管圈在降低血液透析血管通路感染率中的应用

Effect of quality control in hemodialysis patients with vascular access infection

目的:探讨品管圈活动对降低血液透析患者血管通路感染率的作用。方法:成立QCC活动小组,收集2014年3月-2015年2月的数据设定目标值,进行原因分析,制定相应措施并实施。结果:通过开展品管圈活动,降低了血管通路的感染率;圈成员在团队合作,沟通能力、责任心、运用品管圈的能力由大幅度提高。结论:运用QCC能降低血液透析的感染率。

Objective：To explore the effect of Qcc to reduce vascular pathway infection. Methods： Collecting date from March 2014 to February 2015,set goals and analyse the cause of infection of dialysis patients,formulate and implement appropriate measures. Resullts： The rate of vascular access imfection was reduced;The teamworking skills,communication,respomsibility and ability to use Qcc has been improved. Conclusion： QCC has a good effect in reducing the infection rate of vascular access.
