摘要 随着中国人口老龄化不断突出,养老机构专业人员严重不足,现有养老护理人员普遍存在年龄偏高、流动性高、社会地位低、综合待遇低、文化程度低等现象,远远不能满足现代养老服务产业的需求。该文选择某校护理专业的学生参加养老护理员培训,实施考培分离,经过几年的实践,取得了一定的成效,学生综合素质和技能高,培训规模较大,考证通过率高,有效地节约了培训时间和成本。 With the aging of Chinese population becoming more and more serious, there are serious shortage of professional staff in old-age care institutions. Now the available old-age care workers are generally higher in age, faster mobility, lower social status, lower comprehensive treatment and lower educational level. To meet the needs of modern pension service industry, the students in the nursing profession have been chosen to participate in the training of old-age care workers and implemented the separation of examinations and training. For being practiced for several years, some results have been achieved. Students' overall quality and skills have been improved. Training scale has been expanded. Passing rate of exam certificate has risen. The training time and cost has been effectively saved.
