儿童误服溴氰菊酯11例临床分析

The 11 clinical analyses of Deltamethrin children misused

目的:探讨口服溴氰菊酯中毒的的临床表现和治疗。方法:回顾性分析近3年来11例误服溴氰菊酯患儿的临床表现、实验室检查、治疗和预后的特点。结果:本组病例均出现消化系统及神经系统症状,无1例发生呼吸及循环系统症状;所有患儿在1~5天痊愈出院。1个月后电话随访,无1例遗留后遗症。结论:儿童误服溴氰菊酯中毒可以起明显消化及神经系统症状,及时诊断及积极有效的治疗是抢救成功的关键。

Objective： The countermeasure clinical analyses and treatments of poisoning after deltamethrin orally misused. Method： retrospective analysis of clinical manifestation; laboratory inspection; treatments and medical prognosis of these 11 cases of child patients which misusing the deltamethrin. Result： As a result of all the cases got symptoms which happened on both digestive and nervous system. None of them occurred with cardiorespiratory systemic symptom. All of child patients got recovered and discharged from hospital within 1 to 5 days meanwhile none of them get sequela well noticed by telephone followed up one month after. Conclusion： In the final analysis, it is concluded that there are obviously will appeared digestive but also nervous systemic symptoms after children deltamethrin misused. The key point of a successful rescue is prompt diagnose and effectively treatment wellbeing received.
