探讨小儿葡萄球菌性烫伤样皮肤综合征护理方式

Objective to discuss nursing methods of staphylococcal scalded skin syndrome in children

目的:对葡萄球菌性烫伤样皮肤综合征(SSSS)患儿的常见临床表现、皮肤损伤特点进行分析,总结护理要点。方法:把37例从2014年3月-2017年3年的SSSS患儿当成研究对象,对其临床资料、护理过程与结果进行回顾。结果:SSSS常见临床表现是皮肤可见明显红斑、松弛性的水疱,皮肤有触痛,皮肤损伤似浅Ⅱ度烫伤样。干预后,37例患儿都顺利恢复,经(13.1±3.2)天的住院后出院,患儿家属对护理服务的满意度是97.3%。结论:小儿SSSS发病较为危急,接受治疗期间,需从多个方面进行护理,以促进患儿康复。

Objective：To analyze the common clinical manifestations and skin lesions of children with staphylococcal scalded skin syndrome（SSSS）, and summarize the main points of nursing. Methods： The 37 children with ssss from 2014.03 to 2017.03 were treated as subjects, the clinical data, nursing process and results were reviewed. Results： the common clinical manifestations of SSSS were obvious erythema and loose blisters on the skin. The skin was tender and the skin lesions were shallow. After the intervention, 37 children all recovered smoothly. After（13.1±3.2）days hospital discharge, the satisfaction rate of the family members was 97.3%. Conclusion： The incidence of SSSS in children is critical. During the period of treatment, it is necessary to take care of many aspects so as to promote the rehabilitation of children.
