三电平SVPWM逆变器闭环控制研究及仿真 被引量:9

摘要 为验证三电平SVPWM逆变器输出电压波形质量好、谐波含量低,对比分析了两电平SPWM、SVPWM和三电平SPWM、SVPWM不同调制方式。运用Matlab/Simulink软件分别对4种调制策略建立仿真模型,搭建闭环控制的三电平SVPWM逆变器模型,同时对输出波形进行傅里叶分析。结果表明:采用三电平SVPWM算法的逆变器输出电压、电流波形正弦度较好,谐波含量低且电流谐波总畸变率仅为3.66%,证明了该算法的正确性。 This paper is concerned with a solution to test a better quality of output voltage waveform and a lower harmonic content for three-level inverter based on SVPWM algorithm, by analyzing the modulation strategies of SPWM and SVPWM for two-level inverter as well as the three-level inverter. Meanwhile, using the Matlab/Simulink simulation software, the paper establishes four kinds of simulation model for the modulation strategies, builds a model of closed-loop control function for the three-level SVPWM inverter, and analyzes output waveforms by FFT method. The results show that the good sinusoidal wave of the output voltage and current of the three- level inverter can be obtained based on SVPWM algorithm, and the total current harmonic distortion rate is only 3.66%. It is proved that the algorithm is correct, and has a referenced significance to some extent for further understanding of the algorithm and its realization process.
