摘要
随着高校教学发展中心的广泛建立,组织定位与职能建设一直是面临的主要问题。港台与大陆同为中华文化圈,可作为大陆借鉴国际经验的缓冲区。其中,香港中文大学与台湾大学的教学发展中心经过长期实践,逐渐成长为以专业发展活动为项目载体、以教学学术为驱动手段的研究型组织典范。通过抽取两所中心在运作机制、运行理念和实践逻辑上的共同经验发现,他们突出研究职能、重视师生内在诉求并依托教学学术,有效实现了组织成员与组织自身、教师教学与学生学习、教学文化与学科文化的协调发展。
With the teaching and learning development centers being founded generally in colleges and universities, the orientation and function have always been the main problems. Hong Kong and Taiwan are in the same Chinese cultural circle with Mainland of China, which can be regarded as a buffer when the Ma- inland China using the experience of other countries for reference. After long - term practice, two teaching and learning developmentamong centers among them are becoming successful examples of research organiza- tion supported by the professional development and moved by scholarship of teaching and learning in the Chinese University of Hong Kong and National Taiwan University. There are some common experiences that two centers emphasize the function of research, attach importance to internal needs teachers and students, and depend on the scholarship of teaching and learning by analyzing their operation mechanism, concept, and practical logic. They have effectively implemented the coordinated development between member and organization, teachers' teaching and students' learning, instruction culture and discipline culture.
