土地信托流转主体行为分析及风险管理——基于复合生态系统视角

农村土地信托流转是土地流转模式的创新,是实现农业规模化生产的重要途径之一。土地信托流转过程中涉及信托服务公司、村委会、普通农户和农业规模经营主体,各主体具有不同的行为特征和利益追求,在利益博弈中难免会产生土地信托流转风险。基于此,借由复合生态系统理论,对土地信托流转中各参与主体的行为进行分析,探析当前土地信托流转中存在的社会风险、经济风险和自然风险,并提出相应的风险防控建议。

Based on this, analyzes the behavior of each participant in the circulation of land trust through the theory of compound ecosystem, analyzes the social risk, economic risk and natural risk existing in the circulation of land trust, and puts forward the corresponding risk prevention and control suggestions.
