2014年德州市居民主要死因及潜在寿命损失分析

Analysis on major death causes and potential years of life lost among residents,Dezhou city,2014

目的了解德州市居民死亡情况,为制定有针对性的疾病预防控制策略提供相应的理论依据。方法对2014年德州市居民死因监测数据进行分析,分别计算死亡率、标化死亡率、构成比、死因顺位等居民死亡情况相关指标。结果2014年德州市居民总死亡病例35 681例,死亡率为626.82/10万,男性死亡率(706.87/10万)高于女性(544.54/10万)(P<0.01),不同年龄段的死因各有特点;居民前5位死亡原因依次是心脑血管疾病(占58.64%)、恶性肿瘤(占21.61%)、损伤和中毒(占6.17%)、呼吸系统疾病(占3.73%)和消化系统疾病(占1.93%);居民总体的期望寿命为78.21岁,男性期望寿命为75.77岁,女性期望寿命为80.85岁。结论影响德州市居民健康和寿命的主要疾病为循环系统疾病和恶性肿瘤。

Objective To understand the mortality among residents in Dezhou city, so as to provide scientific basis for making strategies for disease control and prevention. Methods Analysis was made on the death cause surveillance data in Dezhou city in 2014,to calculate the mortality rate,death cause constituent,and death cause rank. Results In 2014, there were a total of 35 681 deaths among residents in Dezhou city. The mortality rate was 626.82/105. The mortality rate was higher in males （706.87/105） than that in females （544.54/105） （ P 〈0.01）. The main causes of deaths in different age groups were in consistent. The top 5 death causes were heart/cerebrovascular diseases （accounting for 58.64 %）, canc- er（accounting for 21.61 %） ,injury/poisoning（accounting for 6.17 %）, respiratory diseases（accounting for 3.73 %） and di- gestive diseases（accounting for 1.93%）. The life expectancy among residents in Dezhou city was 78.21 years,？5.77 years in males and 80.85 years in females. Conclusion The circulatory system diseases and cancers are the major diseases af- fecting the health and life among residents in Dezhou city.
