This paper discusses the philosophy basis： experience and process; education aims： experienced man and wise man; content of education： such as continuing experience, active knowledge and education process; experiments and exploration of the two masters＇ thoughts, in order to preliminarily grasp the profound insights of the two masters＇ education thoughts.
