摘要
为进一步优化大断面回采巷道支护形式,解决支护过程中支护成本较高、支护效率较低、支护手段单一的问题,以忻州窑矿8305工作面回采巷道支护优化为工程背景,通过巷道加固拱理论确定优化支护参数,运用FLAC^(3D)数值模拟技术对所选参数进行实际工况技术验证,确定了巷道支护优化方案。结果表明,该支护优化方案不仅可以有效保证矿山大断面巷道的稳定性,加强回采巷道围岩强度,还能减少矿山投入成本,提高作业人员的安全系数,带来极高的经济效益。
In order to optimize supporting form of large section stoping and solve problems of high support cost, low efficient support and single support method, support optimization of 8305 working face was taken as engineering background, optimizing support parameters were determined by reinforced arch theory of roadway, FLAC3D numerical simulation technique was used to verify actual condition of selected parameters, which determined support optimization scheme of roadway. The results showed that this scheme not only ensured stability of large section roadway and strengthened the strength of surrounding rock in the stope, but decreased cost, improved safety factor of workers and brought high economic benefits
