摘要
为了提高煤矿提升机运行的安全性,针对国内煤矿提升机自动化程度低、可靠性及安全性差的问题,提出了一种基于PLC变频控制的煤矿提升机控制系统设计方案,该方案以三菱FX2N可编程控制器为核心,通过通用变频器实现了煤矿提升机的精确控制,解决了提升机控制系统维护难、寿命短、耗能高的问题,实现了煤矿提升机安全、稳定、可靠运行,具有推广价值。
In order to improve safe operation of mine hoist and according to low automation degree, poor reliability and safety, design scheme of mine hoist control system based on PLC variable frequency control was proposed, whose core was Sanling FX2N programmable controller. Precise control of mine hoist was realized by general purpose converter. As a result, hard maintenance, short service life and high energy consumption of elevator control systemwere improved, safe, stable and reliable operation of coal mine hoist was achieved. The result showed that this technology had high promotion value.
