王庄矿8110工作面运输巷道控制技术研究

摘要 通过对王庄矿8110工作面运输巷道稳定性进行分析,发现顶板和两帮相互作用,共同作为一个支护系统,维护巷道的稳定性。针对巷道两帮煤体强度较低的特点,对王庄矿8110工作面运输巷道破坏机理及破坏形式进行研究分析,依据"固帮强顶"的原则,提出锚网索联合支护方式。实践证明,该支护方式能够维持巷道的稳定性,降低了巷道返修率,保障了生产工作的顺利进行。 Stability analysis of 8110 mining face in Wangzhuang Mine showed that roof with two sides were interacted as a support system to maintain stability of roadway. Based on lower coal strength of two sides in roadway, damage mechanism and destruction form of haulage roadway in 8110 working face were analyzed and researched. According to principle of "reinforcing sides and roof, anchor cable joint support mode was proposed. The practice showed that this support form could maintain stability of roadway, reduce repair rate and ensure the smooth production.
