摘要
由于某矿5201工作面地质条件的特殊,提出的工作阻力确定方法为多夹矸顶板载荷估算方法,将估算值与宏观损伤力学法、反分析数值模拟法、实测统计法3种传统方法的计算原理和结果进行对比,并结合现场实测得出结论,该估算方法在复杂构造条件下对综放面支架工作阻力的估算合理有效,5201工作面采用的ZF13000/25/38型支掩式支架能满足支护要求。
Based on special geological conditions of 5201 working face in a mine, method of working resistance was determined as multiple gangue roof load estimation method. Through comparison of calculation principles and results with 3 traditional methods including estimation value and macroscopic damage mechanics method, anti-analytical numerical simulation method and measured statistics method, the conclusion was made that the estimation method was reasonable and effective for estimating resistance of fully mechanized surface in complex structural conditions. Meanwhile, the ZF13000 / 25 / 38 type support bracket used in 5201 working face showed that it could meet support requirements.
