摘要 刮板输送机作为煤矿采煤综采技术中的主要运输设备,其稳定、可靠的运行直接关系着煤矿生产进度,工作过程中机体的直线度问题直接影响着使用效率。对刮板输送机原理、分类进行了阐述,针对生产过程中机体调直自动化程度低的问题,提出了一种基于ATmega16A单片机和超声波传感器的自动化调直方案,该方案具有稳定可靠,自动化程度高,成本低、检测精度高的特点,解决了依靠人工调直的诸多问题,具有很高的推广价值。 The scraper conveyor was main transportation equipment in coal mining, whose reliable and stable operation directly affected coal mine production and straightness of the body directly affected the use efficiency. Based on principles and classifications of scraper conveyor, an automatic straightening scheme based on ATmega16A single chip microcontroller and ultrasonic sensor was proposed according to low level automation in production process. This scheme had characteristics of stable reliability, high automation, low cost and high detection accuracy, which improved relying on artificial straightening, and it had very high promotion value.
