液压支架中电磁先导阀结构优化及其动态性能仿真 被引量:4

摘要 针对煤矿综采工作面液压支架电液控中使用电磁先导阀的结构进行研究,首先对使用中电磁先导阀的常见故障原因进行分析,并提出以增大电磁先导阀阀芯开度实现提高电磁先导阀抗堵塞能力。为了保证在增大电磁先导阀阀芯开度后使其具有优良的响应能力,对电磁先导阀阀芯开度和电磁先导阀复位弹簧参数进行优化设计,最后利用Simulink仿真软件对优化后的电磁先导阀动态性能进行仿真分析,结果表明优化后的电磁先导阀响应时间短、动态性能好,满足使用要求。 Structure of electromagnetic pilot valve used in electro-hydraulic support for hydraulic support of fully mechanized coal mining face was researched. At frost, common fault causes of electromagnetic pilot operated valve was analyzed, and increasing valve core opening of electromagnetic pilot valve to improve its anti clogging ability was proposed. Then in order to ensure its excellent response ability, solenoid pilot valve core opening and reset valve parameter of electromagnetic pilot valve were optimally designed. Finally, Simulink simulation software was used to make simulation analysis for dynamic performance of electromagnetic pilot valve after optimization. The results showed that after optimization, electromagnetic precursor valve had advantages of short response time and good dynamic performance which could meet operating requirements.
