我国乙醇生产技术及煤制乙醇技术研究进展

Ethanol production technologies and research progress of the coal chemical industry to ethanol technology in China

对我国现有乙醇生产工艺进行了优劣对比,总结分析了我国煤制乙醇工艺的研究发展现状及工业化进展。提出因我国富煤贫油、人多地少,故煤化工(合成气)制乙醇将成为我国乙醇市场的重要组成部分;醋酸直接加氢是目前最具竞争力的煤化工制乙醇工艺路线。

The advantages and disadvantages of the existing ethanol production technologies in China were compared. It is pointed out that the research status and industrialization progress of ethanol production technology by coal chemical industry were summarized and analyzed. According to the actual national conditions of more coal than oil and more people than land in China, the ethanol producted by coal chemical industry （ syngas ） will become an important part of the ethanol market; the acetic acid directly hydrogenation process is the most competitive ethanol production route by coal chemical industry in China.
