摘要
分析了液体的雾化过程,对喷嘴喷射出的液体的破裂过程进行了详细的描述,并对纵轴式掘进机喷雾降尘系统的工作原理进行了研究,对其在各除尘机理下的降尘效率进行了详细的说明,找出了影响喷雾降尘效率的因素。分析得出喷嘴的布置方式、喷嘴的数量、喷嘴出口直径、雾化角度、喷雾作用区长度、喷雾压力、雾粒直径、雾粒速度以及雾粒浓度对喷雾降尘效率的影响,分析结果为纵轴式掘进机喷雾降尘系统的相似优化设计提供了一定的理论依据。
Atomization process of liquid and breakup process of liquid ejected from the nozzle were described and analyzed in this paper. At the same time, working principles of atomizing dust suppression system of vertical shaft roadheader were researched, as well as introducing dust reduction efficiency under different dust removal mechanisms to find out its influencing factors. The influences of nozzle layout, the number of nozzles, the diameter of nozzle outlet, the angle of atomizing, the length of spray zone, the pressure of spray, the diameter of fog, the velocity of fog and the concentration of fog on the efficiency of spray dust were analyzed, which provided theoretical basis for similarity optimization design of atomizing dust suppression system.
