摘要 针对国内现有通风监控系统存在的自动化程度低、故障诊断差的问题,提出了一种基于S7-200可编程控制器的煤矿通风监控系统设计方案,该方案可实现通风机工况的在线实时监控和自动化调节功能,并可对异常故障实施自动保护,解决了煤矿通风监控系统自动化程度低的难题。同时变频器的引入,实现了通风机的软启动,降低了能耗,减少了人员的维护成本,增加了设备的使用寿命。 Based on low automation degree and differential fault diagnosis of domestic ventilation monitoring system, the design scheme of coal mine ventilation monitoring system based on S7-200 programmable logic controller was proposed, which could realize online real-time monitoring and automatic adjustment function of fan condition and carry out automatic protection to abnormal fault. As a result, difficult problem of low automation in ventilation monitoring system of coal mine was solved. With introduction of frequency converter, soft start of fan was realized, energy consumption was reduced, maintenance cost of personnel was increased and service life of equipment was largely increased as well.
