摘要
为解决煤层巷道掘进期间的瓦斯涌出量超限问题,对工作面瓦斯涌出规律进行了分析,提出瓦斯释放与抽放相结合的治理办法,通过采取煤层注水、深孔预裂爆破、两帮深孔卸压抽放等技术措施,巷道掘进期间顶煤断裂时,掘进工作面瓦斯浓度为0.3%,有效杜绝了瓦斯超限问题的发生。
Based on overload gas emission in roadway driving period of coal seam, gas emission role of working face was analyzed and the method of combining gas release with extraction was put forward. Through technical measures of coal seam injection, deep hole presplitting blasting and drainage borehole of deep hole pressure relief in two sides, gas concentration of heading face was 0.3 percent when roof coal was fractured during roadway driving, which effectively prevented occurrence of gas exceeding limit problems.
