摘要 目前,多级闪蒸(MSF)结晶技术应用于四步闭路循环法生产硝酸钾工艺中。探讨了某化工公司的硝酸铵和氯化钾为原料的复分解四步循环法生产硝酸钾工艺及MSF结晶工艺技术。生产实践证明,四步闭路循环法可实现年产5万t的硝酸钾产量,应用MSF结晶技术后,产品硝酸钾质量可达到国家一等品的要求,整套系统基本无三废排放,具有节能、产品质量好等优点。 At present, multi-stage flash ( MSF ) crystallization technology is used in the four-step closed cycle production of potassium nitrate process. The production process of potassium nitrate and MSF crystallization process by four-step cycle of ammonium nitrate and potassium chloride as raw materials were discussed. Production practice proves that using the four-step closed cycle method, the annual output of potassium nitrate is 50 000 tons; using MSF crystallization technology, the product quality can reach the national t-n'st-class requirements, the whole system basically has not waste discharge, and the technology has the advantages of energy saving, good product quality and so on.
