配煤的煤种煤质变化对壳牌气化炉工况的影响及工艺调整措施

Influence of changing coal coal quality on working conditions of shell gas furnace and process adjustment measures

任何一种以煤为燃料的设备,如气化炉、动力锅炉、冶炼设备等,都是按照一定的煤种来设计的。由于煤层的变动、运输以及煤源布局和分配等诸多因素,原煤的供应情况都会变化,因而会导致变更配煤方案。所以,必须用多种供应原煤煤种按比例配合以满足气化、动力及炼焦用煤的要求,同时也使煤炭资源得到合理的利用。

Any kinds of coal - fueled equipment, were designed according to certain types of coal, such as gasifier, power boiler, smelting equipment, etc. Based on changing and transportation of coal seams and distribution of coal sources, the supply of raw coal would change, which would resultin the change of coal distribution scheme. Therefore, it was necessary to meet requirements of gasification, power and coking coal with various supplies of raw coal, and also made the coal resources reasonably utilized.
