摘要
金达煤矿在掘进和回采过程中面临各种地质问题,尤其是上覆煤层采空区积水和岩溶陷落柱,不仅影响进度,而且威胁安全。单纯依靠钻探和巷探,不仅效率低、造价高,而且控制范围有限。针对这一问题,经过详细研究和实践,金达煤矿将井下物探技术应用到地质预测预报工作中,利用瞬变电磁法探测顶板采空积水引起的低阻异常,利用无线电波透视方法探测回采工作面中陷落柱等构造引起的透视异常,并结合钻探对重点靶区进行验证,解决了掘进和回采中的地质问题。根据物探解释的异常区,成功探放老空水超过50 000 m3,回采提前避开陷落柱、断层6个,节省生产成本800余万元。
Jinda Mine faced various geological problems in the process of excavation and recovery, especially in the overlying mined area goal and karst collapse columns, which not only affected progress, but also threatened safety. Simply relying on drilling and lane exploration not only had features of low e-ciency and high cost, but also limited control range. As a result, underground geophysical prospecting technology was applied to geological prediction and prediction work. Abnormal low resistance caused by goal water in roof was inspected by transient electromagnetic method. At the same time, abnormal perspective caused by structures of collapse columns in stoping face was explored by radio wave perspective method as well as combining drilling to verify the key target, which solved geological problems effectively in excavation and recovery. According to geophysical interpretation of abnormal area, successful detection of old empty water was over 50000 m^3, Stoping ahead avoided 6 collapse columns and faults, which saved more than 8000 thousand yuan of production cost.
