摘要 MnO含量对高钛型炉渣的黏度及脱硫性能影响研究表明,提高炉渣MnO含量对炉渣黏度影响不大,而炉渣碱度对高钛型炉渣黏度影响最为显著,w(MnO)%达到2%左右硫分配系数Ls上升最大;高炉配加2%~3%铁锰矿工业试验表明,MnO能抑制TiO2过还原和提高炉渣脱硫能力,试验条件下,炉渣w(MnO)%提高至1.349%,在炉渣TiO2含量提高的同时,炉渣Ti(C、N)含量显著下降,炉渣脱硫能力未明显变化,高炉技术经济指标稳定。 Show that study on effect of MnO content on viscosity and desulfurization performance of high titanium slag,increasing slag MnO content had little effect on slag viscosity,while slag basicity had the most significant effect on high titanium slag viscosity,sulfur partition coefficient Ls rose the maximum when w(MnO)%reached about 2%.Show that the blast furnace of 2%~3% of ferromanganese ore in industrial test,MnO can inhibit TiO2 over reduction and improve slag desulphurization capacity,under the experimental conditions,the slag MnO content increased to 1.349%,the content of Ti(C,N)decreased significantly and desulphurization capacity of slag was not significantly changed while the content of TiO2 increased,the technical and economic indexes of blast furnace were stable.
