摘要
对新钢2500m3高炉低品质炉料条件下炼铁技术的发展及取得的进步进行了总结。通过加强对入炉原燃料精细管理、优化操作制度以及加强技术攻关等措施,在原燃料品质逐渐降低的情况下,保证了炉况的长期稳定顺行,经济技术指标走到行业同类型高炉前列。
This paper summarized the development and progress of ironmaking technology of 2500 m^3 BF in Xinyu Steel under the low-quality raw material and fuel condition.By strengthening the management of furnace material,optimizing operation system and the technical research,the BF ensured the long-term stability in the case of the original material quality was gradually degradative,and the economic and technical indicators come to the forefront of the industry.
