高铁水比条件下100t转炉炼钢工艺实践 被引量:4

摘要 在高铁水比条件下,为了使100t转炉顺利冶炼HRB400E、HRB500E等建筑钢,对装入制度(含铁原料入炉数量及成分、热量调整方法)、供氧制度(氧枪喷头的改进、氧枪枪位控制、氧气流量控制)、造渣制度(渣料加入方法、泡沫渣抑制剂的化学成分及使用方法、化渣冷却剂的理化指标及使用方法)和炉型控制(金属熔池液面及炉衬厚度标准、炉口和出钢口标准、炉型控制方法)进行了研究和实践,减少了冶炼过程的喷溅,冶炼出合格的钢水,维持转炉炉型好、寿命长。 In the case of high hot-metal ratio,in order to make building steels such as HRB400 E,HRB500 Eand so on successfully in 100 tconverter,we study and practice charging rules(which consist of quantity and compositon of iron-bearing material,adjustment methods of quantity of heat),oxygen supply rules(which consist of improvement of nozzle of oxygen lance,lance height control,oxygen flow control),slagging rules(which consist of adding methods of slag material,chemical composition and use methods of foam slag inhibitor,physicochemical indexes and use methods of slagging coolant)and furnace profile control(which consists of standards of molten metal surface and lining thickness,standards of funace mouth and tapping hole,furnace profile control methods)so that we reduce splashing and make qualified molten steel and obtain good furnace profile and long life furnace.
