刊网融合:数字化时代高校学报转型发展的路径探析

在"互联网+"、数字化出版的大背景下,出版业生态急剧变化,包括高校学报在内的传统纸媒遭受到前所未有的冲击。由于体制、机制、理念、出版运营平台等种种原因,目前我国高校学报刊网融合举步维艰。从研究刊网融合的内涵界定、刊与网的辩证关系出发,梳理国内外刊网融合的成功实践和理论思考,分析高校学报刊网融合的现状与现实困境,基于当前的体制和机制,面对现有的环境和条件,探索促进学报刊网融合的比较现实的路径。刊网融合将有效推动学报的数字化、品牌化和国际化,是出版业的基本发展方向,也是学报符合国情、面向世界、切实可行的数字化转型发展的新模式,需要攻坚克难,积极推进。

Under the background of Intemet plus and digital publishing, dramatic changes have taken place in publishing industry. The traditional print publications including university journal suffer an unprecedented shock. The combination of Chinese university journal and Network is struggling because of the system, mechanism, idea, operation platform and other reasons. From the perspective of connotation and dialectic of combination of publication and network the author systemizes the successful practice and theoretical reflection of the combination of other countries, analyses the current situation and realistic difficulties of the combination. Based on current system and situation, a realistic path is explored for the combination. The combination will effectively push the digitization, branding and internationalization of university journal. The combination of publication and network is the basic developing direction of publishing industry. The combination is practicable and suitable for Chinese conditions.
