城市旅游产业效率与经济发展协调关系研究——以湖南省14个市州为例

Study on Coordinated Relationship of Urban Tourism Industry Efficiency and Economic Development Level-A Case Study of 14 Municipalities in Hunan Province

利用DEA模型、熵值法以及耦合协调度模型,测算2015年湖南省14个市州的旅游产业效率、经济发展水平以及两者之间的耦合协调程度,探究其协调关系。结果表明:湖南省在2015年有一半市州旅游产业效率呈无效状态,整体效率水平有待进一步提升,旅游产业发展仍有较大完善空间;而且,从协调角度来看,湖南省旅游产业效率水平与城市经济发展之间已存在协调关系,但除了长沙市,两者协调水平在其他市州并不高,当前旅游产业与经济发展之间相互促进作用有限。要实现旅游产业与城市经济彼此协调相互推动,必需在不断提高旅游产业效率的同时,重视经济整体水平的提升。

Making use of the DEA model the entropy method and the coupling coordination model calculates the tourism industry efficiency, the economic development level and the coupling degree between them in 14 cities of Hunan Province in 2015 and it explores their coordination relationship. The results show that： In 2015 half of cities＇ tourism industry efficiency is invalid. Thus the efficiency needs to be further improved the tourism industry it still has a lot of room for improvement. From the perspective of coordinated relationship the efficiency of tourism industry and economy in Hunan were entered a phase of coordination, but the except for Changsha the level of coordination between them is not high in other cities and the mutual promotion between tourism industry and the economic development are limited. In order to achieve a coordinated relationship between urban tourism industry and city economy, and it is to promote each other. We must make effort to improve the efficiency of the tourism industry, at the same time it should be paid attention to the overall economic upgrading.
