“政策+金融”双轮驱动支持新疆纺织服装产业发展研究

The Research on the Development of the Textile and Clothing Industry Supported by “Policy and Finance” in Xinjiang

大力发展新疆纺织服装产业是第二次中央新疆工作座谈会确定的重大战略部署。本文选取石河子、阿克苏、巴州、喀什、昌吉、伊犁、哈密等所在地州的47家纺织服装企业,对政策和金融支持新疆纺织服装产业所取得的成效进行了分析,并就进一步推动纺织服装产业发展提出了解决路径。

The great development of the textile and clothing industry in Xinjiang is a major strategic decision made by the second work forum on issues concemed with Xinjiang held by the central government. Since July 2014, the strong policy support from the state, autonomous region and corps as well as the financial institutions has pushed the textile and clothing industry in Xinjiang to devel- op rapidly. Therefore, the paper selects 47 textile and clothing enterprises in Shihezi, Aksu, Bazhou, Kashgar, Changji, Ili and Hami to analyze the effect of the policy and financial support for the textile and clothing industry, also puts forward suggestions on further pro- motion oft he development of the textile and clothing industry.
