摘要
本文对精英组织和精英群体参与产业脱贫进行了阐述,并基于精英牵引,提出金融精准扶贫效率优化对策建议:提高应对精英捕获和解决非法集资的能力;提升贫困人口的金融素养;搭建"结算+信息"金融e平台。
The paper argues that elite organizations and elite groups involved in industrial poverty alleviation were described, and based on the elite traction, put forward the financial precision of poverty alleviation efficiency optimization countermeasures and sug- gestions.
