摘要
将质量分数为35%的十八烷吸附到凹凸棒土中制得复合相变材料,然后与聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)按质量比1∶9共混制得共混母粒,将共混母粒与PET按质量比1∶1纺制成以PET为皮层,共混母粒为芯层的皮芯复合相变纤维,对皮芯复合相变纤维的结构与性能进行了研究。结果表明:复合相变材料以分散相的形式均匀分布在连续相PET中;复合相变纤维升温速率和降温速率均比PET纤维的小,复合相变纤维具有较好的调节温度性能,其熔融温度为25~30℃,结晶温度为0~15℃,经5次差示扫描量热测试,其相变温度不变;复合相变纤维在250℃以后开始分解,在常温下性能稳定,其断裂强度为2.73 c N/dtex,断裂伸长率为3.15%,能满足应用要求。
A composite phase-change material was prepared from palygorskite adsorbing 35%n-octadecane by mass fraction and was blended with polyethylene terephthalate ( PET) at the mass ratio of 1:9 to produce a blend masterbatch which was spun with PET at the mass ratio of 1:1 into a sheath-core composite phase-change fiber with PET as the sheath and the blend master-batch as the core .The structure and properties of the sheath-core composite phase-change fiber were studied .The results showed that the composite phase-change material as the disperse phase uniformly dispersed into the continuous phase PET ;the composite phase-change fiber had the lower temperature rising and dropping rates than PET fiber , so it exhibited the favorable temperature regulating performance , and the melting temperature was 25-30℃, the crystallization temperature was 0-15℃and the phase change temperature remained unchanged after 5-time differential scanning calorimetric analysis;and the composite phase-change fiber began to decompose at the temperature above 250 ℃and possessed the stable properties at room temperature involving the breaking strength of 2.73 cN/dtex and elongation at break of 3.15%, satisfying the application demands .
