摘要
针对环己烷液相氧化反应,从反应原理、反应过程控制、分析方法、结果评价等方面进行了实验技术探讨,并提出实验过程的控制要点,为环己烷氧化研究提供技术指导。环己烷氧化反应实验技术要点主要有:反应前期准备、反应温度、反应压力、含氧气体进气速度的准确控制;实验采样应具代表性,减少分析结果误差;规范结果评价方法等。该实验技术适用于环己烷空气氧化、富氧氧化、纯氧无催化剂或催化氧化实验。
The experimental technology of liquid-phase oxidation of cyclohexane was discussed from the aspects of reaction prin -ciple, process control , analysis method , result evaluation .The experimental process control was put forward as a technical refer-ence to cyclohexane oxidation research .The expenmental technological keys to cyclohexane oxidation included the strict control of the experimental preparation , reaction temperature , reaction pressure , and in-take velocity of oxygen-containing gas , representa-tively experimental sampling , analysis results error depression , result evaluation regulation , etc.This experimental technology is applicable to the air oxidation of cyclohexane , oxygen-enriched oxidation , pure oxygen non-catalyst or catalyzed oxidation .
