石墨炉原子吸收光谱法分析DMAC中微量铁含量

摘要 应用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定氨纶生产中溶剂N,N-二甲基乙酰胺(DMAC)中的微量铁含量,探讨了仪器操作条件。结果表明:采用程序升温法,在灰化温度900℃、原子化温度2 100℃、净化温度2 450℃、消除时间3 s、氩气流量250 m L/min的条件下,测定DMAC中的微量铁含量,其标准工作曲线在0~50μL/L时线性关系良好,线性回归方程的相关系数为0.999 7,测定方法的加标回收率为99.6%~103.3%,相对标准偏差为1.8%~6.4%,满足DMAC试样中微量铁含量的分析要求。 The trace ferrum content in N,N-dimethylacetamide ( DMAC) solvent was determined during polyurethane fiber pro-duction by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry .The operation conditions of the instruments were discussed .The re-sults showed that the standard working curve had a favorable linear relationship in 0-50 μL/L and the correlation coefficient of linear regression equation was 0.9997, the recovery of standard addition 99.6%-103.3% and the relative standard deviation 1.8%-6.4%, satisfying the analysis requirement of determining trace ferrum content in DMAC sample , under the conditions as followed: programmed temperature , ashing temperature 900 ℃, atomization temperature 2100 ℃, cleaning temperature 2450 ℃, eliminating time 3 s, argon flow 250 mL/min.
