摘要
喂入深度调节系统作为半喂入联合收割机上的重要机构,其性能直接影响谷物的损失率。我国传统人工调节方式会增加操作人员劳动强度,国外采用接触式传感器进行自动调节的方式会造成机构磨损或杂草缠绕。针对现有收割机喂入深度调节系统的不足,设计一种新型非接触式喂入深度自动调节系统,详细阐述了该系统控制和传动部分的工作原理,对相应的硬件进行了介绍,并进行了相关模拟实验验证系统性能。实验结果表明,系统设计合理,能够实现预期目标。
As an important mechanism of semi-feed combine harvester, the performance of feeding depth adjustment system directly affects the loss rate of the grain. Our traditional manual adjustment mode increases the labor intensity of the operators. And the use of contact sensor to realize automatic adjustment in foreign causes the body wear or weed winding. According to the defwiencies of feeding depth adjustment system in the existing harvester, a new type of non-contact feeding depth automatic adjustment system is designed. The warking principles of the control system and the transmission parts are described in detail And the corresponding hardware are introduced. In order to confirm the performance of the system the related simulation experiments are carried on . Experimental results show that the system design is reasonable to achieve the expected goal
