摘要
鉴于现代掘进机设计对功能需求、审美需求、安全保障性以及市场竞争力要求的不断提高的现状,将遗传算法思想引入到掘进机造型设计之中。针对掘进机造型设计,传统的遗传算法存在一定缺陷,因此对遗传算法进行合理优化。通过分析与国外产生差距的原因,解读掘进机造型设计特征,研究遗传算法的原理和应用,以掘进机造型设计,阐明算法优化后的具体应用流程,并对其可行性进行验证,同时为我国同领域机械产品设计提供参考。
In view of the current situation of the continuous improvement of functional requirements, aesthetic requirements, security and market competitiveness; the idea of genetic algorithm is introduced into the modeling design of the roadheader . The traditional genetic algorithm had defects in the modeling design of the roadheader, so it optimized the genetic algorithm reasonably. At analyzed the causes of the gap with foreign countries, interpreted the design characteristics, studied the principles and applications of genetic algorithm,and took the modeling design of the roadheadert to clarify the specific application process of the optimized algorithm and verify its feasibility, it also provided references our country in the some field of mechanical product design meanwhile.
