摘要
流程工业中危险化学物料在储运过程中的泄漏事故频发,对漏点快速有效的处理处置至关重要。针对大型管道与储罐焊缝等复杂曲面区域的泄漏工况,提出一种采用磁力安装定位,以连杆推进机构提供动力,通过环形腔体内部液体的流动特性适应复杂曲面的封堵工况,可对封堵工况进行实时监测和自动修正的新型液囊外封堵装置。对其相应封堵模型的有限元分析表明,该封堵装置通过导流可有效降低封堵操作过程中由于泄漏流体压力引起封堵设备安装阻力,对泄漏流体进行有效的回收,减少物料流失。环形液囊结构将推进机构加载在钢性壳体的集中载荷,转化为流体内部压力以垂直于封堵面的法向方向均匀的加载在密封垫圈的外侧,改善密封垫圈的受载环境,使封堵面的压力均匀分布,有效避免了垫圈局部应力集中现象,对凹凸起伏的不规则曲面有很强的自适应性能。相对于气囊封堵具有机构简单、易操作、成本低、无需配套充气设备的特点,在温度的变化的工况具有更强的适应能力。
In the process industry, the leakage of hazardous chemicals is frequently in the process of storage and transportation,so it is very important to handling and disposal the leaks the quickly and effectively. For leakage conditions of large pipeline and tank weld and other Complex surface area, this paper introduced a new liquid extracapsular plugging device which magnetic installing positioning and got power provided by the connecting rod pushing mechanism. This device based on real-time monitoring and automatically modifying for plugging conditions adapted the complex surface conditions through the flow characteristics of the annular cavity inside the fluid.The finite element analysis of the corresponding plugging model shows that the plugging device can effectively reduce plugging installation resistance caused by the pressure of leakage in the operation proCess.Also,this device can recycle leakingfluid effectively and reduce material loss. The annular liquid bag structure will make propulsive mechanism load in the concentrated load of steel shell which is converted into the internal pressure of fluid perpendicular to the normal line of the plugging surface.The annular liquid bag structure improves the loaded environment of the sealing washer and keeps the pressure uniform distribution on the plugging surface. It avoids the problem of the local stress concentration of washer arid has a very strong adaptive pe^ormanee on the irregular concave convex surface. Compared with the airbag plugging, the mechanism has many characteristics, such as simple structure, easy operation, low cost, without supporting inflatable equipment, etc., at the same time, this structure shows stronger adaptability in the condition of temperature changes.
