All-band radio and TV mobile monitoring vehicle is the first mobile monitoring van of Xinjiang Radio and TV Bureau. It brings great help to radio and TV safety broadcasting in Xinjiang. This paper describes the design and implementation process of the mobile monitoring vehicle.
