由伺服泵提供可变压变量动力,执行器由数字阀控制油动机的行程变化,由高精度内环机械反馈达到微米级控制精度,且具备高频快速执行能力。
This paper proposes a turbine governing system, in which the variable power is provided by the servo pump and the actuator is controlled by the digital valve. The control precision reaches micron level via high precision mechanical feedback, and the execution ability is of high frequency and fast.
