补肾通阳法对强直性脊柱炎患者CRP、BGP及CTX-I影响的研究

Research on the index of CRP,BGP and CTX-I in ankylosing spondylitis patients treating by tonifying kidney and activating yang method

目的采用中医补肾通阳法代表方尪痹汤治疗肾虚风寒湿痹型强直型脊柱炎患者,探讨该方法治疗的有效性与安全性。方法收集60例强直性脊柱炎(AS)病人资料,将所有病人应用随机数字分组法平均分为观察组与对照组。对照组选择口服柳氮磺吡啶片,观察组选择服用尪痹汤。2组患者皆同时配合口服双氯芬酸钠缓释片。分别于试验前、试验进行8周后,测取2组患者中医症候评分、C反应蛋白、血清骨钙素、I-型胶原蛋白C末端肽水平等各项指标,并对其进行统计学分析。结果 1)观察组治疗前后中医症候评分显著下降(P<0.01),对照组差别无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2)观察组与对照组治疗后CTX-I、CRP较治疗前均有明显降低(P<0.05),治疗后观察组与对照组比较CTX-I、CRP均有明显降低(P<0.05),2组患者血清骨钙素水平治疗前、后差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论尪痹汤运用中医补肾通阳法治疗强直性脊柱炎,能够有效改善患者临床症状,降低C反应蛋白与I-型胶原蛋白C末端肽水平,对血清骨钙素无影响。

Objective To evaluate the clinical curative effect of tonifying kidney and activating yang method for the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis.Methods Collected 60 cases of ankylosing spondylitis（AS） patients data.All patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was treated with oral administration of sulfasalazine tablets and the observation group was treated with the use of Jibi decoction.Both two groups of patients with oral diclofenac sodium sustained release tablets.We measured from two groups of patients of TCM syndrome score,C-reactive protein,bone gla protein and type-I collagen C terminal peptide of indicators,and carries on the statistical analysis before test and 8 weeks later respectively.Results 1） Chinese medicine symptom score of observation group was significantly decreased after treatment（P0.01）.There was no significant difference in the control group（P0.05）.2） CTX-I and CRP in observation group and the control group after treatment were decreased significantly（P0.05）.After treatment,CTX-I and CRP in observation group compared with the control group were significantly lower（P0.05）,the Bone Gla Protein level of two groups had no difference（P0.05）.Conclusion Tonifying kidney and activating yang method can effectively improve the symptoms of ankylosing spondylitis,decrease the C-reactive protein and type I-collagen C terminal peptide,had no effect on the Bone Gla Protein level.
