透刺为主治疗膝关节滑膜炎

The treatment of synovial synovitis in knee joint

目的观察透刺法和普通针刺法治疗膝关节滑膜炎的临床疗效。方法运用透刺法和普通针刺法治疗膝关节滑膜炎患者60例,治疗组采用外膝眼透内膝眼,阳陵泉透阴陵泉,并常规针刺鹤顶,足三里,血海,阿是穴进行治疗;对照组采用普通针刺的方法针刺以上同组穴位。结果治疗组治愈率为80.0%,总有效率93.3%;对照组治愈率为43.3%,总有效率73.3%。治疗组治愈率、有效率明显高于对照组,P<0.05,有显著差异。结论临床治疗滑膜炎,透刺方法优于普通针刺方法,且疗程短,疗效佳。

Objective To observe clinical curative effect of the through thorn and ordinary acupuncture method treating knee joint synovitis.Methods Using the through thorn andcommon acupuncture treatment to treat 60 patients with knee joint synovitis.treatment group was acupuncturing EX-LE 5-EX-LE 4,GB 34-SP 9 with routine acupuncture of EX-LE 2,ST 36,SP 10,ashi point.The control group was treated above points with ordinary acupuncture.Results The cure rate of treatment group was 80.0%,total effective rate was 93.3%; The cure rate of control group was 43.3%,total effective rate was 73.3%.The cure rate and effective rateof treatment group was obviously higher than control group,P0.05; There are significant differences.Conclusion The through thorn therapy is superior to the ordinary acupuncture method in treating synovial inflammation and itstreatment is short but effective.
