摘要
三轴转台是一种标定航空航天惯性元器件的测试设备,为提高三轴转台的工作精度,需要考虑转台伺服控制系统中对象模型的不确定性。本文将基于数据驱动的虚拟参考反馈校正控制方法应用于三轴转台的伺服控制设计,通过离线优化控制器参数可以很好地矫正伺服控制系统。仿真试验可以看出所提的控制器设计方法简单易行,并能保证控制器具有足够的精确性。
The three-axis turntable is a kind of test equipment which is often used to calibrating the parameters of aerospace inertial components. In order to improve the accuracy of three-axis turntable,it is necessary to consider the uncertainties of the object model in the turntable servo control system. In this paper,the virtual reference feedback tuning control method based on the data-driven is applied to the turntable servo control system. By using this control method,the turntable servo control system can be adjusted very well by optimize the controller parameters. The simulation results show that the proposed control method can be implemented expediently and has enough accuracy.
