摘要
研究了复合阻燃剂FR201对乙丙橡胶(EPDM)阻燃性能和物理性能的影响。结果表明,用量相同时,阻燃剂FR201具有比氢氧化镁高的氧指数和相当的烟密度;随着FR201用量增加,乙丙橡胶的氧指数逐渐增大,烟密度逐渐减小。炭黑和FR201具有协同效应,随着炭黑用量增加,氧指数逐渐增加;烟密度先降低后增加呈峰值变化,当炭黑80份时,烟密度最小,达154。白炭黑、氢氧化铝、氢氧化镁、轻质碳酸钙和陶土等无机填料的加入均会降低体系的氧指数,但同样也会减小烟密度。
In this study, the influence of composite flame retardant FR201 on the flame retardant property and physical properties of EPDM was investigated. The experimental test results showed that, comparing with magnesium hydroxide,the compound filled with FR201 possessed higher the limiting oxygen index and compar-ative smoke density. With the increase of content of FR201,the limiting oxygen index increased and the smoke density decreased gradually. Carbon black and FR201 had obvious synergistic flame retardant effect. With the increase of the content of carbon black,the limiting oxygen index increased,the smoke density decreased firstly then increased gradually, the minimum smoke density was achieved at 154. Carbon black, aluminum hydrox-ide,magnesium hydroxide, calcium carbonate and clay could reduce the oxygen index of the system and the smoke density.
