摘要
研究了2,2'-二氨基二苯二硫化合物与不同芳香醛化合物的反应。以与苯甲醛的反应为例,探索了反应原料配比、反应温度、反应时间等对实验结果的影响。考察了合成产物在天然胶中的塑解效果,并与塑解剂2,2'-二苯甲酰胺基二苯基二硫化物(DBD)进行比对,结果表明合成的六个二硫化物中,只有编号为3#的化合物塑解效果比DBD差,其余塑解效果好于DBD,其中5#化合物的塑解效果最好。
The reactions between 2 ,2′-diaminodiphenyl disulphide and various aromatic aldehydes were studied and the reaction conditions (e. g. raw material ratio,reaction temperature,reaction time,etc) were optimized. As results,six 2,2′-diaminodiphenyl disulphide aromatic aldehyde compounds were synthesized and the peptization per-formance of these compounds were further measured. The results revealed that the peptization performance of com-pound 3 was worse than that of DBD,and the other compounds were better than DBD. Compound 5 was the best a-mong these.
