摘要
将水溶性聚丙烯酸树脂、水溶性聚丙烯酸酯-聚氨酯树脂与乳液混合制成水性复配树脂,并配以合适的填料、水溶性高分子制成具有水洗退膜时间短、效率高等特点的可水洗临时性保护涂料。研究中探讨了合成水溶性丙烯酸树脂配方中羧基功能单体、氨基功能单体、软硬单体比例,水溶性树脂与乳液的复配比例,以及填料、水溶性高分子组成等对涂膜水洗性能的影响,获得产品性能较佳的配方,并探讨了涂膜的水洗退膜机理,研究结果对高性能可水洗临时性保护涂料的研究具有一定的指导作用。
Waterborne compound resin was prepared by mixing the water-soluble polyacrylic acid resin,water-soluble polyacrylate-polyurethane resin and emulsion. The waterborne compound resin,after added the padding and water-soluble polymer,was fabricated into washable temporality protective coating. It is a short water flushing strip-ping time and high water flushing stripping efficient coating. In this study,to obtained the better product capabili-ties,we have discussed the proportions of carboxyl functional monomer,amidogen functional monomer and soft and hard monomer,the proportions of water-soluble resins and emulsion,and the composition of padding and water-solu-ble polymer which affected film water scrubbing performance. Furthermore,water flushing stripping mechanism have been researched. This results could guide the development of high-performance washable temporality protective coating research .
