羟基硅酸镁润滑材料的行车试验研究

摘要 采用羟基硅酸镁作为润滑油添加剂进行实车试验,研究了添加剂对气缸压缩压力、燃油消耗和尾气排放的影响,SEM及EDX测试分析摩擦副的表面形貌及表面成分组成。结果表明,羟基硅酸镁粉体添加至润滑油中,可显著改善发动机的磨损,从而使汽缸压缩压力显著上升,燃油消耗明显降低,尾气排放大幅改善。 The field test was carried out on three buses to research the friction-reducing and self-repair behaviors of the magnesium silicate hydroxide as lubricating oil additive. The morphologies and element distributions of the worn surface were investigated by means of scanning electron microscopy ( SEM) and energy dispersive Xray spec-trometry ( EDX). Application test showed that the protecting layer of the self-reconditioning material on metals in-creases markedly the compression pressure of steam cylinder and reduces greatly the exhausts emission of CO,HC and poison matter.
