弹性超声在针刀治疗冈上肌肌腱炎瘢痕组织应用中的价值

The value of ultrasound elastography in needle-knife therapy for scar tissue of supraspinatus tendinitis

目的:探讨超声弹性成像技术在针刀治疗冈上肌肌腱炎应用中的价值。方法:52例冈上肌肌腱炎患者都进行弹性超声检查并标记治疗靶点,随机分成针刀治疗组和对照组两组,然后对治疗组治疗前后弹性应变率变化和两组的疗效进行评价。结果:针刀治疗组治疗后弹性应变率明显增加并且疗效明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:弹性应变率能作为针刀治疗冈上肌肌腱炎疗效评价的一个指标。

Objective： To investigate the application value of ultrasound elastography in the needle-knife treatment for tendinitis of supraspinatus muscle.Methods： 52 cases of supraspinatus tendinitis patients checked by elastic ultrasonography and marked therapeutic targets were randomly divided into acupuncture treatment group and control group,and then the strain rate of treatment group before and after treatment and the curative effect of two groups were evaluated.Results： The strain rate of the acupuncture treatment group after treatment was significantly increased than that of the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The strain rate can be an indicator for evaluation of curative effect of needle-knife treatment of tendinitis of supraspinatus muscle.
