中医专业大学生学校道德氛围感知的现状调查与分析

Investigating and Analyzing the Current Situation of Traditional Chinese Medicine Major College Students' Moral Atmosphere

目的:了解中医专业大学生学校道德氛围感知的现状。方法:采用《学校道德氛围问卷》对870名中医专业大学生进行问卷调查。结果:中医专业大学生学校公正维度得分高于同学关爱、同学公正维度;女大学生的同学关爱和学校公正维度得分高于男大学生;少数民族同学公正维度得分高于汉族;大一学生同学关爱和同学公正维度得分高于其他年级。结论:重视学校道德氛围对学生的影响,并针对中医专业大学生学校道德氛围感知的特点来营造具有公正与关爱的学校道德氛围。

Objective： To understand the status of TCM Majors school moral atmosphere. Methods ＂Moral Atmosphere in Schools Questionnaire＂ for 870 students conducted a questionnaire survey of Chinese medicine. Results TCM Majors school moral atmosphere in general was on the level, the highest dimension in which school fair, impartial classmates minimum dimensions; school students love and justice dimensions of female students was significantly higher than male college students; students fair dimension significantly higher than the Han ethnic minorities; Freshmen students love, justice and school students were significantly higher than the justice dimension higher grades. Conclusion： Different gender, different nationalities, different grades difference TCM Majors school moral atmosphere statistically significant. We should strengthen ideological education for the characteristics of the Chinese medicine profession and improve the level of Chinese medicine Majors school moral atmosphere.
