摘要
在预防医学本科学生中实行多阶段复合式应用型导师制教学模式。遴选符合条件的导师组成导师组,导师组内学生组成学习小组。该导师制符合学生个性化发展需要,通过合作式学习,激发学习兴趣,提高学习效率,提升专业技能和科研能力,同时大大提高毕业论文的质量。
The Tutorial System-based Teaching Mode of multi stage compound application was applied in preventive medicine undergraduate students. The tutorial group was composed of qualified teachers. The study groups were composed of tutor students in the groups. The tutorial system meets the needs of the students' individualize development. Cooperative learning can inspire learning interest, improve learning efficiency, enhance professional skills and scientific research ability, and in the meanwhile, improve the quality of graduation thesis greatly.
