摘要 为实现慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)早期预防和实时监测管理,设计了一款新型涡轮便携式肺功能仪。该设备运用涡轮流量计进行测量,基于STM32对信号进行处理,采用蓝牙进行数据传输,实现对慢阻肺患者的动态监测。在中日友好医院,通过对408名患者进行用力肺活量(FVC)、一秒用力呼气量(FEV1)、峰值流速(PEF)等参数的测量,与标准肺功能仪进行数据对比,得出FVC、FEV1、FEV1/FVC的相关系数分别为0.99、0.99、0.97,呈显著相关,具有很好的一致性;诊断气流受限患者的敏感性和特异性都很高,分别为92.95%、94.80%。大量的数据分析表明,该设备适用于社区医院、家庭进行肺功能各参数的检测。 In order to realize the early prevention, real-time monitoring and management of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) ,a novel turbine portable spirometers was designed. The parameters are measured by a turbine flowmeter, the signal process- ing is based on STM32, Bluetooth is used for data transmission, and ultimately, the dynamic monitoring of COPD patients is achieved. In China-Japan Friendship Hospital, the measurements of forced vital capacity(FVC), forced expiratory volume(FEV1), peak flow velocity(PEF) and other parameters were performed on 408 patients. Compared with standard pulmonary function meter, the correlation coefficients of FVC, FEV1 and FEV1/FVC were 0.99,0.99 and 0.97 respectively, which were significantly correlat- ed. And the sensitivity and specificity of the patients with airflow limitation were very high, which were 92.95% and 94.80%, re- spectively. So it is suitable for detecting pulmonary function parameters in community hospitals and families.
